Unlike traditional salons, where stylists work with clients in an open space with several stations, each stylist has her or his own space, giving clients the luxury of exclusivity and privacy. Stylists still benefit from the synergy gained from working in close proximity to other beauty professionals but are free of the drama of a traditional salon.
Stylists rent the suites for a flat fee, which includes Internet, utilities and use of the necessary furniture and cabinets for professionals. This makes it a real estate model for our franchise partners and offers them a semi-absentee lifestyle business.
Each franchisee is essentially a landlord and business coach for his or her own group of 20 to 30 small-business owners, called “members,” of MY SALON Suite. Those small-business owners/members (usually a Hair Stylist, Massage Therapist, Esthetician or similar) rents a furnished space from the franchisee.
