MY SALON Suite Named Top Franchise Opportunity

Franchise Business Review (FBR), a franchise market research firm, announced that MY SALON Suite has been named to their annual list of Top 200 Franchise companies. The list, entitled The Best of the Best, Top 200 Franchise Systems for 2016, ranked hundreds of participating franchise companies by their overall levels of franchise owner satisfaction.
 
"We are honored to be named one of the best in our industry," said Ken McAllister, CEO and president of New Orleans-based MY SALON Suite. "We have high franchisee satisfaction across the system with many of our existing franchisees opening their second, third and fourth unit. But, of course, we’re never fully satisfied. We are working hard to carry this momentum into 2016 and expect to have similar success with the growth of MY SALON Suite in the new year.”
 
The franchise research firm surveyed 28,500 franchisees from 350 brands that have at least 10 franchises in North America. The survey ascertained franchisees' thoughts on financial opportunity, training and support, leadership, operations and product development, core values (e.g., honesty and integrity of franchisor), general satisfaction and the franchisee community.
